GRACE YAMANASHI DE GRACE

Yamanashi de Grace is made primarily from Muscat Bailey A grown by contracted farmers in the Hosaka district of Nirasaki City at the foot of Mt. Kayagatake, along with Cabernet Sauvignon grown by contracted farmers in the same district and Misawa Farm in Akeno-cho, Hokuto City, and Merlot grown by Misawa Farm.
Each variety is aged for around eight months in French oak barrels, and the wines are blended in an exquisite balance to bring out the best in the characteristics of the varieties.

By increasing the proportion of European varieties, this wine is full of gorgeous aromas and fruity flavors.
A red wine with a pure, concentrated fruitiness that is somehow light and approachable, with rich fruit flavors and dense, soft tannins.
