A refreshing citrus aroma

This wine was created as a completely new style of Koshu wine, drawing out the hidden aromatic potential of the Koshu wine grapes, a variety native to Japan, in a project with the Dubourdieu Laboratory of the University of Bordeaux, a world authority on wine aromas.
You can enjoy the harmony of the rich citrus aroma and fresh acidity.

tasting note

Pale yellow in color. Along with a slight peel of lime and grapefruit, you can also detect a refreshing aroma reminiscent of Japanese citrus fruits such as kabosu and sudachi.
The taste is enveloped in a refreshing aroma similar to the aroma of ginjo sake.
The aftertaste is clean and crisp, with a grilled, smoked aroma, a refreshing acidity from malic acid, a solid mineral feel, and a slight hint of gas.
