中央葡萄酒 グレイス 甲州
GRACE KOSHU

Grace Koshu has attracted attention overseas for its compatibility with Japanese cuisine and its regional characteristics since early on, and was introduced by Jancis Robinson MW as a representative Japanese wine.
The grapes are harvested when fully ripe from vineyards at an altitude of over 400m, and then gently pressed over a long period of time.
The wine is fermented and stored in stainless steel tanks.
Made by thoroughly understanding the individuality of the variety and the region and plot, this wine fully expresses the unique characteristics of the Katsunuma land.
tasting note
A pale lemon yellow color with a clear green tinge.
The aroma is somewhat strong, with mineral notes reminiscent of green apples, pears, white flowers, fennel, and seashells.
It has a smooth, silky texture, and the flavor is the same as the aroma, and is well-balanced with a supple acidity.
A youthful, elegant, and very well-balanced white wine.
